Got profile selection, level selection, and intro animation placeholder working

Got profile selection, level selection, and intro animation placeholder working.

I wanted to make it so you could share your device with others, but each have their own profile for progress. I also don't like that 3 profile slots is the common, and I set it to 5 save slots.

I also added to my font pack icons for A button, B button, an elf head, lock (for locked levels), and stars. https://github.com/RobKohr/robkohr-mono-5x8-font-for-playdate
